Tech Concierge exists for situations where technology is no longer a background utility, but an active source of risk, disruption, or pressure.

I work directly with individuals and organizations when something has gone wrong, is escalating, or no longer feels manageable—and needs to be handled properly, without noise or experimentation.

How This Is Different

Tech Concierge is not a help desk, a managed service provider, or a productized consultancy. I don’t sell hardware, software, or subscriptions, and I’m not incentivized by vendors or platforms.

My role is to step in, assess the situation clearly, and take responsibility for stabilizing and resolving complex technology-related problems—especially when the cost of getting it wrong is high.

I’ve spent decades working directly with technology at moments where failure, delay, or misjudgment would have real consequences—financial, personal, or reputational. That experience informs a practical, calm approach focused on outcomes, not theory.

How Engagement Typically Begins

Most engagements begin with a paid, confidential consultation focused on understanding what’s happening and stabilizing the situation. If the issue is outside my scope, I’ll say so quickly and help point you in the right direction.
