Terms of Service

Tech Concierge provides independent, professional technology assistance and advisory services.

Engagements are provided on a paid, professional basis and are scoped to the specific situation discussed at the time of engagement.

Engagements may involve time-sensitive situations and are conducted with the understanding that prompt decision-making may be required.

Services may include assessment, intervention, remediation, coordination with third parties, and advisory guidance. Tech Concierge does not guarantee outcomes, as results may depend on factors outside of our control, including third-party systems, vendors, hardware, software, or user actions.

Initial engagements are paid consultations focused on understanding and stabilizing a situation. Any ongoing work, expanded scope, or continued advisory relationship is discussed separately and requires mutual agreement.

Tech Concierge is not a reseller of hardware or software, and does not receive commissions or incentives from vendors. Recommendations are made independently and in good faith based on professional judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or business interruption. Liability, if any, is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Privacy Policy

Tech Concierge collects only the information necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, and communicate with clients. This may include name, contact information, and limited contextual details relevant to the engagement.

Client information is treated as confidential and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes beyond direct communication related to the engagement.

Information may be stored securely and accessed only as needed to provide services. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients may request correction or deletion of their information, subject to legal, contractual, or operational requirements.

Disclosures

Tech Concierge operates as an independent service provider. Services do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on recommendations or assistance provided.

Tech Concierge may coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, or advisors at a client’s request, but is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of those third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Tech Concierge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
